Lisa Marie Presley’s Half-Brother Navarone Garcia To Receive 1/9 Of Her Estate

Riley Keough is the sole trustee of her late mother Lisa Marie Presley‘s estate, with her grandmother, Priscilla Presley, being the trustee of Navarone Garibaldi Garcia’s subtrust. Okay, let me put this into perspective for the uninitiated.

Lisa Marie Presley was survived by three of her four children: Riley Keough and 14-year-old twins Finley and Harper Lockwood. Even though she’s the only child of the legendary Elvis Presley, she has a half-brother, Navarone Garcia, from her mother’s relationship with Marco Antonio Garcia.

Following her death, it was discovered that Lisa Marie had removed Priscilla Presley’s name from the list of her trustees, leaving Riley Keough as her sole trustee.

This caused some tension in the family, but happily, this issue has been resolved, and Riley now has the rights to manage and invest the money in a way that will be advantageous to the beneficiaries of the trust.

1/9 of the late Lisa Marie Presley’s impressive estate will benefit Navarone Garcia, even though he has no relation to her father Elvis Presley.

This is coming after Riley and her grandmother Priscilla reached an agreement over the late singer’s estate. This Monday, she petitioned for the agreement to be approved in a Los Angeles court. If the settlement gets approved, Riley will become the sole trustee, including acting as the trustee of the sub-trusts for her 14-year-old twin sisters, Harper and Finley Lockwood.

In her capacity, she can choose to make investments and money decisions as she sees fit, though she has promised to only make decisions that considers the needs of the beneficiaries.

Unlike Priscilla Presley, who wanted to charge in her capacity as a trustee, Keough will be doing the job for free. By the way, Priscilla is set to receive a one time payment of an undisclosed sum.
