The controversy began when Madonna posted a clip in which she bounced and twerked in black lingerie. And the TikTok video also showed the pop music princess dancing to a specific song. The 64-year-old singer chose a black lace bra, black high-waisted underwear and fishnet tights to perform to the song “L$D” by Luclover, noted Page Six.

Some specific aspects of the video made fans uncomfortable. For instance, Madonna needed time to fix her underwear while standing in front of the camera. And after licking her lips, she posed her “bubble butt” in the spotlight. The Queen of Pop then twerked vigorously.

Because of Madonna’s appearance and antics, her fans rushed to the comments area to share their worries. For instance, one wrote, “This is not the Madonna I know. 😢.” And another even felt that Madonna needed an intervention.

And several took Madonna as their role model. For instance, one wrote, “She’s such a vibe. When I’m her age, I wanna be this free, full of life and not giving a damn🥰.” However, some plastic surgeons analyzed how different her face appears. And they agreed that her features appear “exaggerated,” possibly as a result of cosmetic surgery.
