Martha Stewart recently made history with her “Sports Illustrated” photoshoot and she did it in style, so much so that fans accused her of getting plastic surgery.
Oh please, it’s not surgery or photoshop, what the natural-looking glow Stewart spotted for the cover is L’Oréal Paris’ concealer-lotion hybrid.
All About the $11 Concealer That Martha Stewart Used For Her Photoshoot
Martha Stewart is what you would call the OG lifestyle influencer, and believe me, her latest cover shoot has even inspired the likes of Gayle King.
It broke the internet, sparking discussions and praise for the 81-year-old. It also caused some backlash, prompting Stewart to confirm that she has never gone under the knife. What she did do was find one of the best – cheap – glow-up products to complement her skin’s natural color.
To achieve the look, Stewart didn’t turn to luxury makeup items, but chose to use L’Oreal Paris True Match Lumi Glotion, a concealer and lotion hybrid that works to hydrate and highlight your skin. The skincare product is priced on Amazon for just $11.50.
The TV host’s makeup artist Daisy Toye revealed that she has been a longtime fan of the L’Oreal Lumi Glotion, noting that the star “goes through a tube every week.”
Stewart isn’t the only one that has discovered the miracle effects of this product, as it’s a bestseller on Amazon with 4.5 star rating from over 22,000 verified reviews on Amazon. All in all, over 75% of shoppers give it the five-star approval, with most in awe of the product’s ability to conceal dark spots, even out skin tone, and brighten overall complexion.
Coming in four shades, the True Match Lumi Glotion works for all skin tones and easily blends with foundation, even though it does well on its own as well. Stewart has already shown us that age isn’t a factor when it comes to going full-glam with the concealer, and as the product description reads, it’s good for all skin types as it incorporates an “all-day hydration” that gives a “fresh, natural glow.”
All you have to do is to apply a few drops between your fingers and gently pat into the skin until absorbed.
