Michael Strahan Will Be Facing A Bittersweet Year Ahead—Here’s Why

There’s no greater joy in watching your children grow into everything good you wished for them. You’ll get to keep wondering how time flies and how fast they grew up, and it’ll feel like they came into your life just yesterday and you were changing their diapers, and then…the next day they’re all grown up and ready to leave to go do things on their own, and you just have to ask “how did the years go by so fast?”

The former NFL star Michael Strahan is currently facing this. Michael as we all know is a very proud father of four children, a son and three daughters. The first and only son and the first daughter are all grown up already, leaving Michael with his last two daughters who are twins Sophia and Isabella, but the thing is, Michael’s twins have equally grown up, so fast that they will be turning 18 soon which means that probably by next summer they will be leaving their dad for college.

That right there is why Michael will be having a bittersweet feeling this coming year, he’s not exactly ready to let them off his paternal eyes yet, don’t get me wrong, I mean, he’s proud of them and how far they have come but, they’re still his babies and come to think of it, the house will be empty without them as they will most definitely leave their New York house to Michael.

Michael Strahan’s – Daughter Sophia Went To Prom

It’s no news that Michael will have a hard time getting used to not having them around as Michael has already admitted that himself, but as I said earlier, Michael is a very proud dad.

Michael recently took to Instagram to post a picture of one of the twins Sophia as she heads to prom with her date Sebastian, and from the post, you can feel how much Michael loves his daughter. He captioned the image: “I was not ready for this moment to see one of my babies go to prom! @sophialstrahan looked beautiful with her date Sebastian at #Prom! @michaelstrahanbrand.”

The upload garnered reactions as fans were quick to observe how fast she grew up and they didn’t even mince words in expressing their surprise. The 17-year-old looked beautiful, wearing a bright red dress and strappy high heels. Fans were blown away by the fact the teen was of prom age already and commented: “She’s beyond gorgeous. You done good dad. Time to fly. It’s a huge transition. More for us than them,” and another added: “They’re so grown now.”

Many others marveled at how grown up his ‘baby‘ looked and said it was a “gorgeous moment” captured.

Now, Isabella has been aspiring to be a model, and not so long ago did her proud dad shared the video about Isabella’s runway debut.

Isabella made her runway debut at the Sherri Hill fashion show in New York City. Michael shared a montage of some of the highlights from the day, including Isabella getting ready in the makeup room ahead of her big moment, and her walking down the runway dressed in a show-stopping bridal gown.

Alongside the video, the TV star wrote: “Very proud of you, @isabellastrahan, for crushing your first runway this weekend for @sherrihill!!!! As a parent, there is nothing like watching your child succeed at what they love with a smile on their face! #ProudDad #GirlDad.”
