Rob Kardashian is now a permanent resident of Kris Jenner’s hold home. Many fans remember the family home that was the set for many iconic scenes on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Rob purchased the house with a mortgage and will live there with his daughter, Dream.

The asset was granted to him by Kris Jenner herself. She gave Rob the seven-bedroom, nine-bathroom home in Hidden Hills, which cost $7.2 million. According to The U.S. Sun, Kris purchased the property in 2010. It was transferred to Lester Knispel in 2015, who manages the Kardashian-Jenner’s finances.

A few years later, Kris Jenner gave the home to Rob Kardashian. According to the official documents obtained by the news outlet, a mortgage was taken out on the house. Rob took out a $5.25 million mortgage, including interest. He must pay it off by 2049.

The report reveals that Rob will live at the residence with his daughter, Dream, which he shares with his ex-girlfriend, Angela Renee White. She recently took out a $2.6 million loan for her Los Angeles mansion. In a lawsuit that she lost, she claimed that she was “broke.” The exes are now reportedly on better terms.
