Roseanne’s – Come Back

But after a few years of laying low, Roseanne Barr is now back with a standup special titled Roseanne Barr: Cancel This! It aired exclusively on Fox Nation on February 13.

Although years have passed, Roseanne still feels betrayed by being written off the show she starred in. ABC initially renewed the revived sitcom shortly after it aired. However, due to Roseanne’s actions and how the audience viewed her as an artist, they rescinded the offer. After a while, Roseanne agreed on a settlement with ABC, so the sitcom continued as The Conners. The series moved on without her.

What she felt about her character being killed off was foul. She said that the producers didn’t faze them to kill her character. She also thought their decision to kill off Roseanne was a message to her to commit suicide. She was open about her mental health struggles, especially right after her cancellation because of the racist tweet. She also felt like they disregarded her contribution to the show despite being the star ever since the very beginning.

According to her statements, she also said already moved on and had forgiven everybody. But would she reconsider watching the show again?
