Inside the magazine, Khloe wears a variety of barely-there outfits. In one of the photos, she went topless under a big black fur coat. Her blonde wavy hair draped over her right shoulder. Khloe wrapped her arms around the front of her chest so the jacket wouldn’t slide down.

She smoldered in the sexy photo. The Kardashians star posed in front of a silver metallic background. She flaunted her matching long silver nails. The reality star didn’t wear anything else but an oversized emerald and gold ring.
