Sylvester Stallone Denies Wasting Marital Assets Amid Jennifer Flavin Divorce

As the news of Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin getting a divorce is out, courtesy of Jennifer, so also is the news that one of the reasons for their divorce is that Sylvester was squandering their marital assets__ also, courtesy of Jennifer who revealed that Sylvester has been moving their marital assets, the court documents which was obtained by TMZ says: “Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate”

Now, Sylvester is disputing the news. Sylvester has denied through his lawyer that he never wasted marital assets, nor involve in anything that contributed to his wasting their marital assets.

What Jennifer wants from the divorce is that since Sylvester has used more of their marital assets than hers, she should get the higher share from the divorce proceeds. Jennifer also wants sole ownership of their Palm Beach house, Jennifer also wants to retain her maiden name Flavin, she no longer wants to be known as Jennifer Stallone.

Of all the requests Jennifer made, the one Sylvester didn’t object to was that of her maiden name, Sylvester could care less if Jennifer keeps his name or trashes it. Sylvester is also fighting for sole ownership of their Palm Beach house. The total sum of Sylvester’s assets amounts to $400 million, both the most he earns from his movies and real estate are included.

The thing is that under the customary law of Florida, Jennifer is entitled to only 50% of the profits made during her marriage to Sylvester except there is a prenuptial agreement that says differently but, Jennifer is insisting that since she has used lesser assets than Sylvester she should be given higher assets from their marriage.

Remember I mentioned that one of the reasons that might have caused the divorce was that Sylvester was moving their marital assets, well, there’s been another huge rumor and their divorce has to do with a dog, a source revealed that Sylvester wanted to get a Rottweiler to guard their family but Jennifer opposed to getting the dog hence their split.

Anyways Sylvester has already denied the rumors saying that there’s no way he and Jennifer would divorce over a dog, but here’s how we knew that there’s been a feud going on in the family. On August 7, Sylvester showed off a picture of the tattoo she had of his wife on the right shoulder, three days later on August 10, Jennifer made a post that features her and her daughters and captioned it “These girls are my priority, nothing else matters. The four of us forever. #truth #family #forever.” Nine days later, Sylvester made another post showing off his tattoo, but this time, the tattoo of Jennifer’s picture was replaced with the face of Butkus the dog he had in his Rocky movie.

That alone was enough to send signals that there is fire on the mountain but, on Monday, August 22, a publicist for Sylvester, Michelle Bega assured us that there was no cause for concern. She even said that Sylvester wanted to retouch the tattoo, it came off bad so he had to redo the whole thing. Michelle said: “Mr Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer however the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable. As a result, he had to cover the original image with a tattoo of his dog from Rocky, Butkus.”
