Taylor Swift And Joe Alwyn Split? How It Went Downhill

Taylor Swift needs no introduction as a top favorite singer in the world, and her personal life is always under a microscope. Recently, rumors started that Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn split. Naturally, her millions of fans speculate about what went wrong. Let’s take a closer look at the rumors.  

Taylor Swift And Joe Alwyn Hooked Up

Back in 2017, word emerged that the singer and Joe were enjoying a relationship. Actually, for a while, they kept their relationship rather private.

However, in time, it became obvious that they were together because photos showed them holding hands. Still, they seemed to manage okay with their privacy. Because they seemed so private, not everyone believed there might be trouble in paradise. 

Nevertheless, by early 2021, rumors started circulating that there were some issues between Taylor Swift and Joe Alwyn. Unnamed sources hinted strongly that they struggled to keep their relationship afloat. Additionally, they seemed to be growing apart. Naturally, that got fans gossiping across social media. One line of thought seemed to be that they couldn’t agree on how they saw their future unfolding.  

What Went Wrong With Taylor Swift And Joe Alwyn?

In August last year, US Weekly reported that a source told them that the couple “are wildly happy together and are excited about their future together,” Well, if the split is real, then clearly, the source didn’t see something others speculated about.

Rumors surfaced that a contentious issue was about having kids or not. And, it seemed that Joe would rather focus on his career for a while longer.

Of course, being in entertainment is hard on time management and busy schedules don’t ever help a relationship. Being apart from each other isn’t easy. In fact, in recent days, it’s been noticed that he hasn’t been with Taylor Swift as much as previously. Combined with rumors of different career objectives, kids, and virtually long-distance loving, it’s hardly surprising that people believe the split rumors. 

Might There Be A Reconciliation?

Of course, it’s not beyond possibility that Taylor Swift and Joe might reconcile in the future. After all, there hasn’t been news of loads of toxic fights between them. Additionally, from photos in the media, they certainly looked like they cared for each other a lot. Perhaps they just take time apart to consider their differences.  If they do still love each other, there’s always room for compromise.
