Travis Kelce Campaigns For Hallmark Movie Gig

Travis Kelce is determined to make the most of his new Hollywood fame, thanks to his girlfriend Taylor Swift.  The Kelce Family clearly has a public relations genius in their midst, April has been a busy month for Travis and Taylor. 

And, it sounds like the new power couple is just getting started.  Is Travis Kelce going to add Hallmark Movies to his resume next?  Keep reading for all the details!

Travis Kelce went from NFL star to media sensation overnight.  All eyes have been on Travis and his girlfriend Taylor Swift, and the exposure is definitely lining his and his famous brother Jason Kelce’s pockets.  Every week thousands of listeners tune in to the Kansas City Chiefs’ brothers’ podcast, “New Heights.”

At the beginning of April it was confirmed that Travis Kelce booked his first TV gig, hosting “Are You Smarter Than A Celebrity?”  After the news broke, Travis and Taylor hit the Coachella scene.

Swift supported her man and wore a New Heights podcast hat, which immediately sold out for the Kelce brothers.

Now that Travis and Jason have all of these new podcast listeners (thanks to Taylor), Travis is using the air time to try to boost his Hollywood resume. 

This week on New Heights, Travis Kelce went off on a tangent about how much he loves a good Hallmark movie.  Per People Magazine, “Kelce admitted he was a “huge fan,” while noting that Hallmark is a “Kansas City-based company.”

Talk about killing two birds with one stone.  It’s no secret that Hallmark Channel is a stepping stone for a lot of up-and-coming actors. 

If Kelce was going to land a gig acting, he would probably pop up in either a daytime soap opera or made-for-tv movie. 

Plus, the NFL star managed to casually plug the company and remind them that he plays football for their home town.  If Hallmark doesn’t reach out to him by the end of the week to talk business, we would be shocked.
