Dancing With The Stars: Ariana Madix Bonds With TV Legend Contestant

Dancing With The Stars (DWTS) contestant Ariana Madix has come a long way since discovering that her Vanderpump Rules co-star Tom Sandoval secretly cheated on her for months. And after ending her nine-year relationship with Sandoval, Ariana accepted an offer to appear on Dancing With The Stars.

Dancing With The Stars – Ariana Madix Gushes About Cast

Time to put that infamous Vanderpump Rules cheating scandal in the vault. As Ariana Madix proved on Dancing With The Stars this season, she feels ready to move on. And Ariana told People that she bonded with one special cast member in particular.

The Vanderpump Rules star, 38, gushed that the Dancing With The Stars cast has been “super, super nice. And everyone is all really supportive of each other,” added Ariana. But Madix confessed that meeting one special celebrity in the bunch meant the most: TV legend and Brady Bunch star Barry Williams.

“I was really excited to meet Barry,” revealed the Vanderpump Rules star. “Because growing up I was a big Brady Bunch fan,” admitted Ariana. “And he’s the absolute sweetest. He’s incredible.”

DWTS Spoilers – Ariana Madix Makes A ‘Tango Sister’

However, the Vanderpump Rules star also formed a bond with someone else on DWTS. “And I would be remiss if I didn’t mention my girl Lele [Pons] that I met only a few weeks ago,” shared Ariana. “I love her so much and we’ve just been kind of like in each other’s corners with this whole process. We were tango sisters the first week, then we were samba sisters the second week. I love watching her and supporting her. I think she’s killing it. And she’s just been really supportive of me too.”

However, the Vanderpump Rules star knows that some fans still feel riveted by the fact that her then-boyfriend Tom Sandoval secretly cheated on her for months with Ariana’s then-friend and co-star Raquel Leviss. But Ariana wants to use her Dancing With The Stars appearances to prove that she has freed herself from that scandal. 

And the Vanderpump Rules star admitted, “Not every day is all fun all the time.” However, Ariana revealed that she appreciated what dance offers. “But I’ve always really enjoyed creative self- expression and healing through creative self-expression,” she reflected. “I think that with dancing, that is something that I’ve really been experiencing. And I just want to keep that going,” continued Madix. “I love it so much and I do feel really free out there,” she added. “And I am really having the time of my life.”
