Heavy reports that the news debuted on DanceDishWithKB, a website run by Kristyn Burtt. Sparks, the youngest winner in the show’s history, appeared on AI in 2007 at the age of 17 years old. According to the outlet, Sparks’ first album sold over 2 million copies.

Burtt also revealed who Sparks will be partnered with professional dancer Brandon Armstrong. Armstrong debuted in season 27 when he was partnered with Tinashe. Since then he has danced with celeb dancers Mary Wilson, Jeannie Mai and Kenya Moore.
