Dancing With The Stars Season 28 Spoilers: How Much Is Sean Spicer Getting Paid To Dance?

Sean Spicer

Sean Spicer might not have left the White House on the best of terms, but he doesn’t seem to be very worried about it. As a matter of fact, it appears as though the former White House Press Secretary is most definitely enjoying his new position and status in the celebrity world. That’s because he’s been offered a spot on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars and from what we know so far, he plans to make the most out of it. Here’s what we know.

Sean Spicer And His Dancing Shoes

Even though Sean is better versed in the political world than the entertainment industry, he’s willing to put on his dancing shoes and show the world what he can do on the dance floor. If things go well for him, there’s even a possibility that he might end up winning the coveted mirror ball for the upcoming Dancing With The Stars Season 28.

What’s His Salary?

Of course, there’s so much that viewers want to know about Sean and his new gig. For starters, they want to know how much he’s getting paid. While ABC has not made any comments about their cast and their salaries, some reports have indicated that Sean will be bringing home roughly $125,000 this season. That’s just for agreeing to be on the show. If Sean makes it to the third or fourth week without being eliminated, he can make an additional $10,000. Should he make it to the final two episodes, he will cash in on another $250,000.

With that said, Sean’s casting has definitely been a controversial one. Dancing With The Stars host Tom Bergeron has made it pretty clear that he was none too pleased when he found out that a political figure would be joining the show. He said in his statement that he wanted the hit reality competition show to be about entertainment and not about politics.

Even though Sean has plenty of experience dealing with his critics, it will be interesting to see how he fairs on the show. All of the action begins September 16thon the ABC network.
