On video chat, host Chris Harrison shocked the reality personality by asking her if she wanted to be on the next season of DWTS. During an interview on Monday’s episode of The Bachelor: The Greatest Seasons — Ever!, Harrison asked Bristowe a “very real question.” He made sure to build up anticipation and at one point, the reality star looked at her boyfriend, Jason Tartick, and asked if he was in on it, to which he denied any knowledge. Then, Harrison asked if she wanted to be on Dancing With The Stars.

The look on Bristowe’s face was absolutely priceless. She squealed, screamed, and her hands went up to her face. She said,

“I’m shaking! Oh my gosh! Chris, I feel like I’m going to cry!”

Bachelorette’s Previous Claim About DWTS

In 2019, Bristowe interviewed with podcaster Nikki Glaser. According to Entertainment Weekly, she made it clear that being on Dancing With The Stars was an item on her bucket list. However, she claimed that she had been offered a spot on the show and had the contract. However, Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss “blocked the deal” and claimed he “hates women.”

Bristowe responded to a fan on Twitter who asked why no Bachelorette gets a gig on DWTS. Bristowe explained what allegedly happened that blocked her from being on Dancing With The Stars. She wrote,

“Actually I was offered it, had the contract & Mike Fliess told me I wasn’t allowed. He said he didn’t want people wanting fame after his show.”

At the time of the tweet, Fleiss responded and said that Bristowe had his total support if she wanted to be on DWTS. Bristowe snapped back and replied,

“Thanks, I’ll get right on that opportunity 2 yrs ago. I wonder what changed your mind?”
