Find out where the seizure occurred. And learn why Delilah views it as painful yet beautiful. Get all the details below.
Days Of Our Lives – Alum’s Daughter Suffers ‘Painful’ Seizure
Lisa Rinna, famed as an alum of both Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills and Days Of Our Lives, has sought to teach her daughters her own work ethic. As a result, one of her daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin, was working a nine-hour day when she suffered a seizure. The scary incident occurred when the 24-year-old was filming her debut music video, reported Us magazine.
Co-parented by Lisa and Harry Hamlin, Delilah shared what happened. “On the second day of filming the music video, it was, like, nine hours into the day,” she recalled. “And I suffered from seizures. We don’t really know too much about them yet. Even though it’s been years, we’re still trying to figure it out. I ended up having a seizure on set.”
However, the model shared mixed emotions about the seizure. And though Delilah admitted it felt “scary painful,” she also called it a “beautiful thing. It was probably one of the worst [seizures] I’ve had in a while,” noted Lisa’s and Harry’s daughter. “But I had everyone I loved around me. I was able to bring the emotion of that into filming the next day.”
And Delilah shared that she has become used to working while not feeling well. “At the same time, I’m like, I do this all the time. It’s so normal for me now. That I’m just like, ‘OK, get up.’ When you don’t feel good, but you gotta do the day,” added the young woman.
Lisa Rinna – Tells Daughter ‘If You Are Vomiting, Show Up For Work’
And Delilah shared the work ethic that she learned from her mom Lisa Rinna. “[My mom] always taught me [that] if you are, like, dying, if you are vomiting, if you are throwing up, do the day. Go and do it. Show up for work. So I try. I always try my best. There are some days when I really can’t,” added the model. “But I try my best.”

However, Delilah shared on her Instagram that she suffers from several health problems. “I haven’t really spoken on my health lately,” shared the 24-year-old. “But for the past few years I’ve been struggling with autoimmune/chronic illness issues that I’ve been silently battling and overcoming. It’s definitely been tough mentally alongside physically. I’ve kind of kept quiet because I don’t want to be put in a ‘sick’ role.” Delilah explained.
But she shared, “I’ve faced a lot, overcome a lot, and I know that I’m going through this for a reason,” Delilah told her Instagram followers. “And that reason is to share what I’ve gone through and what I’ve learned with you.” In 2021, Harry’s and Lisa’s daughter revealed a hospitalization after an accidental overdose of prescription drugs. However, she shared that it coincided with other issues.
Delilah clarified that she received prescriptions for various supplements and antibiotics for her chronic migraines and panic attacks. However, the model claimed her body “got dependent” on Xanax after doctors allegedly “over-prescribed.” As a result, she overdosed. However, Delilah has sought sobriety since then.
