Days of Our Lives comings and goings reveal that Heather Lindell has wrapped up her stint. Her Salem character will be leaving during the week of November 23. The actress admits to being shocked at being asked to come back. She enjoyed it and spoke about whether she would return as Jan Spears in the future.

DOOL comings and goings reveal that when it was reported that Jan was returning, Lindell spoke about coming back. She never expected to get a call, certainly not after 15 years. She now works as a real estate agent and told Soap Opera Digest that she doesn’t even know how they found her! But they did and despite Jan being a villain, many viewers have returned seeing her come back to stir things up.

That same magazine has confirmed Lindell will make her final appearance on Tuesday, November 24. We know that there is a lot of drama surrounding Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) and Belle Black’s (Martha Madison) wedding. In fact, Belle isn’t even there and Jan has taken her place! The actress said that her final week on the soap has been the most fun and exciting.

Although she’s definitely had a one-track focus — and maybe she’ll continue to have that focus — I think that there are so many ways she could be written and so many things she could do and so much trouble she could stir, whether she decides to move and become obsessed with someone else or whether she focuses her mania on someone else, which we saw her do a lot with Claire [Brady, Isabel Durant] — manipulate Claire and start to develop that friendship, which I thought was really unique and interesting…”
