Days of Our Lives has had several couples together this year, who was the worst of the worst? What couples would have been better off alone? What couples do fans want to end?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Eric Brady And Nicole Walker

At one time Days of Our Lives’ Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) were a great couple. Eric has loved Nicole for years. However, Nicole has been with several other mean including Eric’s brother Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Eric and Nicole have not had the same chemistry since Eric killed Daniel Jonas (Shawn Christian).

After the way Nicole treated him, they never got back the unbreakable attraction they had before. This added to Kristen Dimera’s (Stacy Haiduk) version of Nicole and her treatment of Eric, simply makes Nicole and Eric unbearable to watch. Nicole and Eric just don’t have the magic they once had. Eric and Nicole are certainly one of the worst couples on Days this year.

DOOL Spoilers – Gabi Dimera And Eli Grant

Days of Our Lives Gabi Dimera (Camilla Banus) and Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) were once a hot couple. Eli blew that up by cheating on Gabi with Lani Price (Sal Stowers) and getting her pregnant. Gabi did nothing to desire Eli cheating on her. Gabi was helping a friend who was in a major mental health crisis at the time. If it wasn’t for Gabi’s help J.J. Deveraux (Casey Moss) would have killed himself. However, instead of asking for an explanation, Eli slept with Lani.

Since then, Gabi has threatened to kill Eli’s grandmother, Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). The whole relationship comes across as fake especially after Eli spending a year with Lani. This pairing is not working and never will again. The time jump makes this pairing even worse because there has been no lead working up to their reunion. Regardless, even having the explanation of how they reunited, Gabi and Eli are too unbelievable as any kind of love story. These two are excruciating to watch making them on the worst Days Couples of the year.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Horton And Rex Brady

Days of Our Lives Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) and Rex Brady (Kyle Lowder) were the absolute worst couple on Days this year. Sarah and Rex were mismatched from the start but after finding out he cheated on her, this couple was done.

These two were literally painful to watch up until the end. Rex sleeping with Sarah’s sister was something they could never recover from. Sarah should have stayed away from Rex when she found out about his daughter. Watching these two characters try to repair the irreparable was monotonous. Sarah and Rex certainly deserve the title of the Worst Couple of 2019. Thank goodness this pairing ended when it did.
