This time, John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Father Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) perform an exorcism on Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). However, “Kristen” tries to seduce Eric. Will the priest give into temptation or continue fighting Satan to save his mother’s soul?

DOOL spoilers reveal that Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) helped carry an unconscious “MarDevil” into John’s car. However, John didn’t want anyone coming with him to perform the exorcism on Marlena. Even though John insists that he has to do this alone, someone will come to help him in the nick of time. That person is Marlena’s son, Eric Brady, who has returned to the priesthood.

DOOL Spoilers This Week – Eileen Davidson Returns

In the promo for the week of December 27, Eileen Davidson returns once again. Playing the original Kristen DiMera, she appears tied up in Marlena’s bed. Of course, this isn’t really Kristen but is the devil playing games. Satan uses some painful history in light of Eric’s return and it’s pretty horrifying.

Days Of Our Lives Updates – Tempting Father Eric Brady

Days of Our Lives updates and spoilers reveal that “Kristen” will try to seduce Eric. The devil promises that nobody will ever know, but that’s not the point. If Eric gives into “Kristen,” he won’t be in bed with the woman from his past, but with his own mother! Of course, Eric doesn’t fall for the devil’s tricks but it doesn’t mean it’s not painful.

For newer viewers who don’t know the history between Kristen and Eric, it’s pretty scandalous. Kristen was going to marry Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Before the wedding, Kristen drugged Eric – who was a priest at the time – and had her way with him. It was all caught on videotape and it just happened to play for all the guests at Brady and Kristen’s wedding. Of course, Kristen begged for Brady’s forgiveness, but that was impossible.

So, not only is this a piece from Eric’s past but brings up horrible memories.

DOOL Spoilers – Saving Marlena Evans’ Soul

In the promo clip, Eric will instruct the entire family that they must stand united and band together. However, the devil makes some more attempts to cause chaos and destruction – even while tied to the bed. The devil knows that Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) kidnapped Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). Satan tells Lucas to untie her or Sami will learn the truth about her kidnapping. It actually looks as if Lucas is considering the devil’s offer.

However, we know from the 2022 preview in Soap Opera Digest that Marlena is freed from the devil’s hold. Even though the possession is over, that doesn’t mean there isn’t damage control to do. Marlena must atone for what the devil did in her body, but will everyone be forgiving?
