Fans will recall that on the last spectacular Friday cliffhanger Marlena aka Queen of the Night, and Stefano aka The Phoenix, were about to be married although most everyone presents objected to the unholy alliance.

Brainwashed Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) had no brain wave activity to speak of, but Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) were not on board with their father railroading a compromised Marlena into being his spouse.

In the end, Stefano had his way and that was a dark omen of things to come.

DOOL Spoilers – John Black will always be second in Marlena Evans’s heart of hearts

Later it is revealed that a gang of Marlena’s nearest and dearest determine Marlena’s location and race to save her from the evil clutches of Patchano.

John Black (Drake Hogestyn) leads the procession and is stunned to find his arch-enemy and his Doc in bed together. Yes, he cannot erase this vision from his scorched retinas.

These two are horizontal and it looks like John interrupted the gruesome scene before anything could happen.

Days of our Lives Spoilers – What happens next in Salem?

Salem is a town where anything and everything can take place, from Doc levitating to true-to-life face masks allowing scamps to masquerade freely, to Necktie Killers being redeemed.

This will come as outrageous news to many viewers, but it turns out that Marlena and Stefano had sex when we weren’t looking! (I would hope so). Love in the afternoon is a staple of daytime drama but this scene I would probably have FF’d.

TPTB have masterminded a jaw-dropping plot of epic proportions, and yes, Marlena is now pregnant with Stefano’s love child.

Let that sink in fans: Marlena is pregnant with Stefano’s child and it could only happen on April Fool’s Day!
