Maggie asks Abigail to look into Sarah’s disappearance and of course, the reporter agrees. When Xander learns about Abigail’s search, he decides to talk to Rex about Sarah again. This is when Rex shares an interesting tidbit with Xander.

According to the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, Rex and Xander’s conversation leads to Abigail having an impersonation epiphany. Actor Paul Telfer explained that Xander talks about Kristen impersonating Susan Banks (Stacy Haiduk). This sparks Rex’s memory of Kate being impersonated by Kristen. Once Xander shares this information with Abigail, she wonders if that’s what happened to Sarah.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Xander Cook’s Perspective

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Xander is worried about facing Sarah. Xander doesn’t want to get hurt all over again. He also tries not to get his hopes up in case Sarah really did leave him. However, he is also worried that Sarah could be hurt or need help. No matter how she feels about him, Xander needs to make sure she’s okay.

“Xander doesn’t want to hurt himself again by getting his hopes up that maybe something else happened… What if Sarah’s in danger? He’s concerned for her safety. He’s apologetic and sensitive to the fact that it affects Gwen [Rizczech, played by Emily O’Brien], but at the end of the day, the issue becomes that obviously, deep down, he never stopped loving Sarah.”

DOOL Spoilers  Abigail DiMera’s Search

Xander and Abigail will team up to find Sarah. It’s an interesting combo as the two aren’t exactly friends. Abigail is a “good” character while Xander is a bad boy. However, they both want to find Sarah. It seems that they aren’t the only ones. Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) wants Kristen found, too. This sparks Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) on a new adventure.

When Gwen finds out that Xander and Abigail are working together to find Sarah, she explodes. Gwen thinks that Abigail is just doing this to hurt her. Gwen’s insecurity might be why Xander proposes. However, if Sarah is found, will Xander still marry Gwen? That will probably depend on how Sarah feels. Will she be overjoyed to reunite with Xander, or could she blame him for not finding her sooner?
