Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Alex’s Betrayal Sends Stephanie Into Chad’s Arms?

Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease Alex Kiriakis’ (Robert Scott Wilson) will send Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) into Chad DiMera’s (Billy Flynn) arms. It is unforgiveable that Stephanie lost precious last moments with her mother over Alex deciding she shouldn’t get her phone calls.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Alex Kiriakis Came Clean

Alex felt terrible that he kept hitting ignore on Stephanie’s phone when Chad was calling, and after talking it over with his brother Sonny Kiriakis (Zach Tinker) he came clean. Of course, he had no idea that Chad was calling about Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) being near death, perhaps if her dad had been calling he wouldn’t have done it. Still, having just had an argument over taking too much liberty with her, and Stephanie telling him she wasn’t his property, he should have known better.

He had hoped being honest with Stephanie and asking her forgiveness for hitting ignore on her phone and then shutting it off would work. Instead, she was even more furious and she couldn’t deal with him having crossed that line.

DOOL Spoilers – Drawn More Together In Grief

It was a very sad time for both Chad and Stephanie, because he was very close to Kate Brady (Lauren Koslow), and Stephanie lost her mother only a few hours after. Chad told Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) he would call Stephanie so Steve could stay with Kayla, but by the time he tracked her down in Alex’s bed it was too late.

Stephanie’s uncle Roman Brady (Josh Taylor) needed support as well, he lost both his wife and his little sister when Kate and Kayla died. The whole family is in grief and turmoil, and now Stephanie and Chad are leaning on each other heavily, being drawn more together in their grief. As for Alex, he knows he made a grave mistake presuming to hit ignore and later shutting off Stephanie’s phone –she can’t get past it.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Alex Kiriakis Blew It And He Knows It

Alex blew it with Stephanie and he knows it by presuming to do anything with her phone, as she pointed out he had no right. She should have been allowed to make that choice herself but he overrode her chances to make a choice.

Stephanie and Chad, however, continue to get closer as they comfort each other in their extreme grief, Chad being there for her uncle Roman and dad Steve as well. Chad knows all too well the pain and anger when someone has been taken from you unjustly, and the need to make that person pay!
