Days of Our Lives recap for Tuesday, October 1, 2019, reveals Kristen Dimera (Stacy Haiduk) is walking the floor waiting to hear from Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) arrives and demands Kristen stay quiet about Sarah Horton’s (Linsey Godfrey) condition.

Xander tells Kristen that Sarah didn’t have an abortion. Xander assures Kristen that the doctor can’t identify them. Xander tells Kristen that Sarah had a change of heart about the baby. Kristen is ready to go find Brady and give him her news.

Days of Our Lives Sarah is on the couch at the Kiriakis mansion thinking about her decision to keep the baby. Brady speaks to Sarah who is deep in thought. Brady asks if Sarah needs to talk about it. Sarah asks how Brady is doing. Brady tells Sarah about Kristen’s voicemail. Brady wants Kristen to talk to him. Brady tells Sarah she can trust him. Sarah can tell Brady anything.

Kristen says Rolf confirmed it earlier today. Brady wants the pregnancy confirmed by a real doctor. Kristen suggests Sarah confirm it. Brady refuses to pull Sarah into this.

Kristen tells Brady he will see that she’s telling the truth. Sarah takes the blood and goes to the hospital to run the test. Kristen knows Brady won’t turn his back on her and leaves.

Days of Our Lives Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) and Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) are signing her paperwork for the Horton Center. Nicole has her life back. Dr. Rolf (William Utay) approaches them. Rolf tells Eric and Nicole that he refused to terminate a pregnancy today. Nicole tells Rolf how he should regret what he did. Nicole is sure Kristen will never be with Brady again.

Rolf tells Nicole he isn’t so sure about that. Nicole keeps thinking about Rolf’s words. Nicole wonders who would ask Rolf to perform an abortion. Xander approaches Nicole and Eric and asks how they are. Xander gives Nicole her divorce papers.

Nicole looks over her divorce papers and declares they are real. Nicole is happy to have a second chance. Eric wants to stop by the hospital to check on Julie’s family. Nicole and Eric arrive at the hospital. Nicole overhears Sarah ordering a pregnancy test.

Days of Our Lives Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) checks on Kate Dimera (Lauren Koslow). Kate starts yelling for help saying Kayla is going to try to kill her again. Kate accuses Kayla of trying to steal her organs again. Kate accuses Kayla of doing this for revenge. Kate tells Kayla about Vivian shooting her. Kate explains that Vivian buried her alive. Kate walked all the way to the hospital. Kayla tells Kate that she was showing signs of going into a vegetative state. Kate asks about Julie and asks Kayla to give her a message. Rolf stops by to visit kate.

Days of Our Lives Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) is searching the tunnels for Vivian Alamain (Robin Strasser). Stefan Dimera (Brandon Barash) tells Gabi Dimera (Camilla Banus) he doesn’t think this will end well. Gabi is scared by Stefan’s words. Stefan calls his lawyer for Vivian. Rafe finds Vivian’s scarf in the tunnels and demands to know where she is now. Vivian appears in the park and asks Rolf for his help. Rolf tells Vivian she should have stayed in Chicago so she wouldn’t be wanted for murder.

Rolf tells Vivian that he helped Kate. Rafe warns Gabi and Stefan they will both go down with Vivian. Rolf tells Vivian he gave Kate a little jolt because Stefano always had a soft spot for her. Vivian asks where Stefano is hiding. Rolf tells Vivian that Stefano can’t help her but he knows someone who might. Rafe still can’t find Vivian. Gabi is afraid of going down with Vivian. Vivian demands Kristen help to hide her from the police.
