Eve swears she was framed. Abby says she’s heard it before, Eve needs to confess. Eve tells Abby it’s just like what Gabi Dimera (Camilla Banus) did to her. Eve says Abby should understand that these things happen. Abby talks about Eve crashing the wedding. Eve swears that Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) took her to the hotel and she didn’t leave.

Eve swears on her daughter’s grave she is innocent. Eve says if she’s telling the truth, the real attacker is still out there. Eve tells Abby that Jennifer Deveraux (Melissa Reeves) could be in serious danger. Eve asks Abby if she’s willing to gamble with Jennifer’s life. Abby agrees to investigate. Hattie Adams (Deidre Hall) comes into the room. Eve tells Hattie about Abby’s visit.

Days of Our Lives Chad messages Stefano and asks where they are going to meet. Sonny Kiriakis (Freddy Smith) shows up for brunch. Chad can’t leave. Sonny offers to have the chef cook for them. Sonny asks Chad about winning the chess game. Chad says he pretends he’s playing against Stefano in his mind. Sonny says he knows Chad misses his father. Sonny has empathy for that now that he knows what it’s like to lose a parent. Chad says it doesn’t feel real sometimes.

Sonny tells Chad it doesn’t feel like his mom is gone sometimes. Sonny feels like his mind is playing tricks on him. Sonny says his phone rings and it thinks it’s his mom calling to let him know where she’s been. Sonny just can’t accept this. Sonny questions why it doesn’t feel real. Chad thinks it is hard to lose someone no matter how they go. Chad says Adrienne Kiriakis (Judy Evans) was a wonderful woman. Chad believes Sonny is a lot like his mom. Sonny asks if Chad is convinced Stefano is out there.

Chad says he is. Sonny and Chad talk about Jennifer’s recovery. Chad tells Sonny that Eve called Abby this morning. Sonny asks if Eve is going to confess. Chad asks if Sonny has seen Will Horton (Chandler Massey). Sonny says he is respecting Will’s wishes. Chad defends Will, Sonny gets defensive. Sonny talks about how painful visiting Will is. Sonny says he and Will have to pretend the pain isn’t there. Sonny says lying to himself isn’t going to fix this. Some things that happen are too damaging.

Sonny says all the time in the world won’t lessen the fact that Will killed his mother. Chad hopes that talking to him helped a little bit. Sonny tells Chad about talking to Evan Friers (Brock Kelly) last night at dinner. Chad asks Sonny if he went on a date. Sonny says no, he’s still married. Sonny does believe that Evan is gay. Abby arrives home and tells Chad she’s proud of him. Stefano texts back and says tonight.

Days of Our Lives Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) catches Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) in his office. Xander demands to know why Ciara is there. Ciara lies and says she’s leaving him some papers. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) calls to tell Xander the baby is missing. Xander leaves. Ben calls Ciara and tells her what Clyde has done. Ciara can’t believe Clyde can pull this off. Ben needs Ciara to try and stop it. Ciara thinks it’s too late for that. Ciara tells Ben that Xander got a call and rushed out of there. Ben apologizes. Ciara tells Ben they can’t help who they are related to. Ciara takes the briefcase and leaves.

Days of Our Lives Clyde Weston (James Read) tells Ben that he had Xander’s daughter kidnapped for leverage. Clyde comes back and Ben wants to finish the conversation. Ben urges Clyde to return Sarah’s baby. Ben says if anyone thinks he had something to do with this there is no way he will win his appeal. Will walks in on Clyde says they won’t get caught.

Will tells Ben he doesn’t want to get mixed up with Clyde because he’s garbage. Clyde talks about helping Will return home. Will says Clyde put out a hit on his husband. Clyde says at least he didn’t kill Sonny’s mother. Clyde and Will argue. Ben tries to keep will and Sonny apart. Ben offers to go back to the cell with Will. Clyde threatens to make life uncomfortable for Will. Will goes back to the cell and stares at Sonny’s picture. Sonny takes out his phone and makes a call to Evan. Sonny asks Evan to go for a drink.

Days of Our Lives Recap – The Frantic Search Continues

Days of Our Lives Sarah is hysterical looking for the baby. Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) shows up to take her statement. Xander arrives to comfort Sarah. Xander demands to know why Rafe is just standing there. Rafe calls Hope who is now the commissioner. Hope says she will head to the station right away. Hope doesn’t want Stefano looking at the portrait. Rafe gives Hope an update on Sarah’s case. Ciara arrives to speak to Hope at work. Ciara wants to grab lunch together.

Hope tells Ciara that Sarah’s daughter has been kidnapped. Ciara says this is terrible. Ciara offers to help by answering the tip line or something. Rafe gets a text that the footage from the square has arrived. Ciara hopes Ben can convince Clyde to give the baby back. Sarah is completely hysterical and Xander tries to calm her. Sarah cries for her little girl. Sarah is afraid she will never see the baby again. Sarah says if anything happens to the baby it will be her fault.

Sarah says the money probably dropped the money to distract her. Sarah says she is a terrible mother. Sarah can’t lose the baby, she loves her so much. Xander talks about the baby’s birth and how well that turned out. Xander vows to kill the person who took the baby. Rafe starts to watch the footage, Hope tries to leave. Rafe stops Hope. Hope goes to get her laptop. Ciara arrives home and hugs Sarah. Xander gets a text telling him they have his daughter and to confess.
