Days Of Our Lives Spoilers And Rumors: Johnny Kidnapped His Own Mother To Keep Her Safe From EJ DiMera?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers And Rumors: Johnny Kidnapped His Own Mother To Keep Her Safe From EJ DiMeraDays of Our Lives spoilers and rumors tease that there is a possibility that Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) kidnapped his own mother to keep her safe from EJ DiMera (Dan Feurreriegel) and the truth will be revealed in upcoming episodes of Days of Our Lives!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers And Rumors – Sami DiMera Was Kidnapped As She Arrived At The Hernandez House

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Sami was kidnapped as she arrived at the Hernandez house, hoping to be able to stay in the DiMera mansion after EJ kicked her out. Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that after Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) died, his widow Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) had inherited the mansion.

However, Sami apparently didn’t take into account that EJ was able to evict Gabi and her new squeeze Jake DiMera (Brandon Barash) when Sami and EJ had moved in! She was hoping Gabi’s word would secure her in the mansion, but before she could knock on the door someone in black came up behind her, grabbed her, and took her away. Viewers could tell it was a man by the hands, a bit taller than Sami.

DOOL Spoilers And Rumors – Johnny DiMera Showed Up Shortly After The Kidnapping

Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that shortly after Sami’s kidnapping, Johnny showed up in town, first meeting Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) and hitting on her! Johnny did make a surprise visit to EJ, but didn’t seek out his sister Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) right away. He didn’t even know Chanel was “Horton’s” best friend or anything about their business partnership in Sweet Bits Bakery.

Johnny could have been in Salem a little earlier – but if he was privy to Sami’s being evicted from the mansion, and knowing his father’s rage, he may have kidnapped his own mother for her own protection! Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Johnny never has gotten along with EJ – as a matter of fact, the only person who could ever “handle” Johnny growing up was Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering)!

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers And Rumors – Johnny DiMera Adored Lucas Horton

Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers also will recall that even though EJ is Johnny’s birth father – in a strange conception of Allie being conceived the same night, therefore being half-siblings and twins – Johnny has always adored Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo). There is a possibility that Johnny’s arrival wasn’t just coincidental – Lucas knew that Sami was in danger from EJ even though EJ supposedly loves her. It would seem that EJ’s love is more a case of possessiveness and control – and no one should live like that. EJ fits the classic description of a spousal abuser – mistreats and abuses his wife, profusely apologizes and treats her like a queen, and then it’s the same old same old all over again.

It confuses the abused spouse and makes it difficult for her to break free. It can be psychological or physical, and with EJ it sounds like it’s psychological, however, it could turn physical down the road. Days of Our Lives viewers can imagine if Johnny’s seen that cycle and knows EJ came to Salem with the intentions of relocating permanently, that his mother could be in danger – and the only way to keep her safe would be to kidnap her for her own good! Lucas could have even contacted him and told him what happened when EJ kicked her out!

  1. Angela Middleton says

EJ did not evict Gabi. After getting fried from Dimera Enterprizes, Jake did want to stay at the Dimera mansion, Jake and Gabi chose to move out, Gabi still owns the house. I dont believe that Johnny is behind Sami kidnapping.
