Days Of Our Lives spoilers – The Kiriakis Family Are A Salem Staple

This week there was a scene in which Maggie and her daughter Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) had a heartfelt conversation and for all intents and purposes, it seemed as if Maggie were handing her daughter the keys to the kingdom. She told Sarah that her beau Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) reminded her of Victor. She said he was passionate about the people he loved and she got teary.

Victor was recently stabbed and he looks like he could use a rest. It can’t be easy to run an empire and recuperate while at the same time deal with all of the family turbulence that runs through his house. If he wanted to let go of the reins for a while, Xander would be a perfect choice. Not only is he a Kiriakis, but he also has Sarah to lead the way as the perfect Kiriakis couple.

Right now it looks like Philip Kiriakis (Jay Kenneth Johnson) is going to usurp Xander as the head of the clan. He is back and Victor bends over backward to please him. But don’t count out Xander just yet!

If Maggie has anything to say about it, and she does, Xander will have a place at the table and Sarah will be by his side. Are we seeing the torch being passed from one Kiriakis pair to another? It would be fitting for Sarah and Xander to succeed Maggie and Victor. They each have the bloodline and we see lots of drama ahead for these two, just like the kind that Victor and Maggie navigated.
