DOOL spoilers reveal that Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) and Claire (Victoria Konefal) didn’t always get along. She brought up his former serial killing ways during Ciara’s wedding planning. As for Ben, he didn’t trust her after she was released early from Bayview. However, since the newlywed’s “death,” Claire has made it a point to check on him. Ben actually trusts her and he will share something that he hasn’t told anyone else.

According to the new issue of Soap Opera Digest, Ben confides in Claire. He tells her something that he hasn’t said out loud to anyone before. The reason is that he thinks it will sound crazy. Despite his history of mental health issues, he doesn’t want to be thought of as a crazy person. He also doesn’t want anyone thinking that he isn’t coping or can’t accept that Ciara is gone. Ben knows that if he confides in Claire, (Isabel Durant) she won’t judge him. She will listen to what he has to say and will support him.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Ciara Brady Weston: Alive And Needs Help

Ben tells Claire that he finally realizes why he hasn’t been able to move on. It is because, in his heart, he believes that Ciara is alive. He doesn’t know how she survived, where she is now, or even which direction to start looking. What he does know is wherever Ciara is, she’s in trouble and needs his help. Actor Robert Scott Wilson told the magazine,

“‘As much as I’m trying to move on, the reason why I really can’t is that deep, deep down, I think Ciara’s still alive. I think she could be out there somewhere and she needs me, what kind of person would I be, what kind of husband would I be if I didn’t do something about it?’ But as the audience will soon see, it may not be as totally crazy as he thinks it is.”

DOOL Spoilers – Comical Character Teased

In a Zoom interview with Michael Fairman, which was uploaded to YouTube, Wilson shared that the next arc in Ben’s story is his journey. He goes on a search to find out once and for all if Ciara is dead or alive. Along the way, Ben encounters a bizarre character. The actor said that the interactions between Ben and this person are hilarious. So, we will have that to look forward to. Even if the comical character doesn’t really help find Ciara, it will be good for Ben not to be on that journey alone.
