The first person that Tripp told about the proposal was Roman Brady (Josh Taylor). However, Roman wasn’t on board with the plan. Roman believes that Tripp and Allie are too young to tie the knot. He thinks it would be better for the couple to wait a few years. However, Roman also understands that Tripp and Allie are going to make their own decision.

Next, Tripp told Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Ava pretended to be happy for Tripp and gave him her grandmother’s ring to propose. However, the look on Ava’s face and body language suggested she wasn’t thrilled with Tripp’s plan.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Telling Chanel Dupree

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Tripp will tell Chanel about his plan to propose. Tripp is obviously very excited about making the perfect proposal. However, Tripp doesn’t think that Chanel is going to ruin his surprise. Now, Chanel doesn’t do it on purpose and doesn’t expose it publicly. Instead, Chanel tells Allie about it so she can prepare to give Tripp the right answer.

DOOL Spoilers – Allie Horton’s Decision

Actress Lindsay Arnold spoke to Soap Opera Digest about the upcoming scene. She said,

“Finding out that Tripp wants to propose doesn’t feel happy the way a proposal from someone you love should feel, because she’s hanging onto this massive secret. She doesn’t want to start a life with someone who she’s lying to. She has this thought of, ‘I need to tell him before he [proposes]. I can’t say yes and keep lying to him.’”

In the end, Allie says yes to Tripp. Then, Johnny DiMera aka “JoDevil” (Carson Boatman) exposes the truth about Allie and Chanel’s night together. Allie tries to explain to Tripp, but will he forgive her or cancel the engagement?
