Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) will head to Bayview to make sure that Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) is kept out of sight. The devil will finally take over her mind and body for now and he’ll do everything to keep Doug isolated.

Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will start to demand to see Doug. So Marlena will head over to Bayview as she tries to block Julie from seeing Doug.

She’ll also plan an attack on Julie when she notices her in church praying. She’ll plot to shove Julie into the holy water vessel, but it seems her plan will be derailed at the last minute as Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) arrives to make preparations for her church wedding.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Marlena Evans Struggles To Resist Devil Possession

Viewers know that the devil has been trying to get complete control over Marlena. The latter is still trying to resist the devil from possessing her totally. But the devil wants her to surrender so he can do whatever he wants. Spoilers tease that Marlena will lose in this battle.

In upcoming scenes, the devil will possess Marlena totally. He’ll pretend to be Marlena in Salem but some people will notice her acting differently. John Black (Drake Hogestyn) will notice that’s something’s wrong and he’ll tell Kayla about it. Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) will also notice the unusual coldness in Marlena’s eyes while Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) will be suspicious, too.

DOOL Spoilers – Abe Carver Worries Over New Marlena Possession

Meanwhile, Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will learn about the changes in Marlena’s behavior from John and he’ll worry that history may be repeating itself. He’ll ask John if Marlena is possessed and he’ll answer that he’s trying to find out what’s going on. He’ll confront Marlena and demands to take off her glasses so he could check for signs of possession.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – John Black Finds Doug’s Therapy Session Tape

John will also start to investigate and he’ll stumble upon Doug’s therapy session tape in Marlena’s office. John listens to the tape where the devil spoke to Marlena through Doug, persuading her to invite her in. He’ll then let Marlena listen to the tape.

John wants to get his wife back so the devil needs to come up with a plan to stop him. While still in control of Marlena’s mind and body, the devil will use her to take John hostage and continue to wreak havoc in town.
