Rafe and Ava went out to dinner at Brady’s Pub. While there, they ran into EJ and Nicole, who were on their own date. Despite Rafe and Ava having date night together, the commissioner couldn’t stop talking about Nicole.

Even though Rafe continues to deny the truth to everyone, including himself, Nicole is being more forthcoming with EJ. The DiMera Enterprises co-CEO knows that Nicole has feelings for Rafe. Meanwhile, Nicole knows that EJ still loves Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney). Both of them admit to the cold, hard truth… that they are rekindling their romance so they both can move on from Rafe and Sami.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that during the week of October 11, Rafe’s jealousy will continue. When EJ and Rafe cross paths, they will get into a heated argument. The two men fight over Nicole, which puts her in an awkward position. There is one way to end this argument, which could turn into a physical brawl.

Ava has to sit through hours each day of Rafe talking non-stop about Nicole. So, Nicole’s “sacrifice” is really a misguided cry for attention. It’s also making Ava and Rafe pretty miserable.

Instead of having a civil, friendly separation, Rafe and Ava are going to end up breaking up in an explosive way. The longer that Nicole takes to choose love, the more damage that Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) will do to eliminate Ava from Rafe’s life. By the time ‘Racole’ finally get together, Gabi will have pushed Ava back to her bad-girl ways. So, not only does Rafe and Nicole’s stubbornness end a friendship, it could also ruin Ava’s progress as she propels back into villain mode.
