After all, EJ lost a lot of years with Sami DiMera (Alison Sweeney) and his children. In fact, Sami would never have cheated with Lucas Horton (Bryan Datillo) if EJ hadn’t been shot. It was EJ’s distance and disconnection that sent Sami running into Lucas’ bed. That eventually led to Lucas kidnapping Sami and framing EJ for the crime.

It is teased that Clyde has a parole hearing coming up. The day before the parole hearing is when EJ remembers everything. EJ won’t want Clyde getting away with it and will issue some bold threats.
