Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Eli And Lani Crank Up The RomanceDays of Our Lives spoilers tease that Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will finally be able to celebrate a belated Valentine’s Day together and give each other some special gifts!

It’s been a busy week on Days of Our Lives; and a rough one for the two Salem Police detectives, starting with Eli getting a good conk on the head by Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) and getting his gun stolen while Jordan Ridgeway (Chrishell Hartley) was off the rails trying to burn Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) up in a cabin, after also having kidnapped baby Charlotte DiMera (Chloe Teperman) and later trying to kill Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow) and her brother Ben!

Luckily for Eli and Lani, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) had just returned to town and was available to handle the Kate and Ben issues after Ciara was rescued and Charlotte was returned!

But, again Eli and Lani’s Valentine’s Day plans look to be waylaid, this time by Leo Starke (Greg Rikaart) making a complaint against Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith), and possibly an aiding and abetting complaint against Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) who had distracted Leo so Will and Sonny could have a romantic Valentine’s Day together!

Other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Leo may grossly exaggerate what happened to him, possibly accusing Will and Sonny of hiring or putting Gabi up to tying him to a bed naked and threatening great bodily harm, threatening him with a sharp knife or possibly a pair of scissors!

Of course, during the time when Leo may claim this had happened, Gabi ran into Jordan and Kate in Salem Square and told her brother Rafe, so she may have an alibi for most of that time period. In reality, she probably just got Leo drunk and he passed out!

That’s pretty easy to accomplish, as Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) demonstrated a few weeks ago. However, police have to follow up on every complaint by a citizen, no matter how trumped up and ridiculous it may sound; so Eli brings Will and Sonny in for questioning…spoilers don’t say anything about Gabi being included. However, once that interrogation is over with, Eli and Lani finally get some time alone to themselves and celebrate their belated Valentine’s Day!
