Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers for Friday, July 3, tease that Will Horton (Chandler Massey) and Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) will struggle with disappointment. Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) just found out that Sonny and Will would like to adopt Allie Horton’s (Lindsay Arnold) baby, but Allie’s already planning to give her kid to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) – at least if Rafe’s on board.

Of course, Rafe seemed taken aback and unsure when Allie asked him. This is a major decision, so Rafe should wrestle with this a bit. Allie will make a great pitch for why Rafe’s her pick as Daddy, but the loss of David Ridgeway (Kyler Ends) still stings. Rafe may worry that Allie will change her mind, but she’ll be adamant that she can’t give her child the life he or she deserves.

Although Rafe might need some time to mull things over, it looks like he’ll consider the idea. That means Will and Sonny will be bummed for now. After Allie comes home, she’ll get updates on Sonny and Will’s adoption hopes. It looks like Allie will have to break the news that she’s already offered her baby to Rafe.

Other Days spoilers say Lani Price (Sal Stowers) will enjoy wonderful wedding night with her new husband. Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) is a romantic guy anyway, but he’ll really pamper his lovely lady on Friday. After all the chaos they faced at their nuptials, Lani and Eli will be glad to have this downtime together. DOOL fans can expect some warm moments and steamy lovemaking, so stay tuned.

At the Salem PD, Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) will feel like his own mother is a stranger. Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) was clearly moved by the very sight of her son, but Jake’s still getting used to the Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) confirmation. Vivian should be happy to hear the DNA results backed Gabi Hernandez DiMera (Camila Banus) up, but Jake will remain standoffish toward his mom.

DOOL Spoilers – Gabi Hernadez New Strategy

Later, Gabi will come up with a new strategy that could help Jake. It’s no secret that Gabi and Vivian don’t get along, but they have a goal to unite them. Days of Our Lives spoilers say Gabi will approach Vivian about joining forces. She’ll want some assistance from Vivian, so this probably involves talking Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) into handing over the memory serum.

Dr. Rolf hates Gabi and would love to watch her suffer. He can do that by withholding the memory serum and letting Gabi endure life without her husband ever remembering or loving her. That may be why Gabi needs Vivian, who was brought back from the brink of death herself. Gabi may think Vivian will have better luck when it comes to getting through to Dr. Rolf.
