Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus)Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Gabi DiMera (Camila Banus) will make the hardest decision of her life. As DOOL viewers know, her husband Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) is currently brain dead and hooked up to machines that keep him alive. His chances of recovery are nil, and even Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) has said that he can’t revive Stefan – he’s just too far gone.

And to make matters worse for Gabi, she’s got people breathing down her neck about handing over Stefan’s heart to Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes). Of course, Gabi is grief-stricken and just needs a little time to process the situation and get over her initial denial about Stefan’s condition.

But soon she’ll have to deal with Julie’s family wanting Stefan’s heart, and it won’t be easy. She may feel like she’s being pressured to end Stefan’s life before she’s ready, and that’s going to make her very angry. Gabi has quite a temper as it stands, and she’s not going to give Stefan’s heart quietly. In fact, DOOL spoilers say that she’s going to make Julie’s family beg for Stefan’s heart.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gabi DiMera In Deep Grief About Husband’s Death

Ultimately, Gabi will do the right thing and have Stefan taken off life support for the purpose of donating his heart to Julie. But it doesn’t look like that’s going to be the end of it for Gabi. She’s going to be feeling angry and frustrated over what happened to her husband, and she’s going to be looking for someone to blame.

Well, that blame is going to go squarely on the person who shot Stefan – Lani Price (Sal Stowers). Even though Lani was just doing her job and protecting her own life when she fired the bullet that ultimately killed Stefan, that’s going to be particularly difficult for Gabi to understand. She’ll be deep in grief and angry about the whole situation.

Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate that Gabi will be vengeful going forward, and that can only mean one thing…that she’ll probably have it out for Lani. She may not want Lani and Eli to get their happily-ever-after when she and Stefan can’t have theirs. Gabi has had some serious losses in the past year – first she lost her ability to have kids, and now Stefan is gone. It’s just too much.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Gabi DiMera Confront Lani Price?

We can’t help but wonder whether Gabi will do something to sabotage Lani and Eli Grant’s (Lamon Archey) wedding. The DOOL fall video promo clearly shows the wedding ceremony of Eli and Lani taking place, but will there be drama at the wedding?

Could a vengeful Gabi decide to interrupt the wedding to remind Lani what she took away from her? We think it’s a distinct possibility.
