Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Gina Finally Finishes Her Portrait Of Stefano – Who Will He Be?

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Princess Gina (Kristian Alfonso) finally will put the finishing touches on her portrait of Stefano DiMera (last played by the late Joseph Mascolo) in an upcoming episode of Days Of Our Lives; but what will the new portrait reveal; a new Stefano, or a doppelganger?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Princess Gina Is Hope Brady With A Brain Implant, Perhaps Stefano DiMera Is Someone Else With A Brain Implant!

Longtime Days of Our Lives viewers will recall that Princess Gina was once a real person who was an artist and an art thief, and fell in love with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) when he was “The Pawn”, a brainwashed individual. In addition to being a real person, Princess Gina was also a persona that Hope Brady exhibited while under mind control by Stefano.

The real Princess Gina Von Amberg has been dead for many years now, and John Black, formerly a mystery man connected with Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) and Roman Brady (formerly Wayne Northrop at that time, now Josh Taylor) was a blank slate who named himself “John Black” and when he met Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) she thought he may be her missing husband Roman Brady, and resumed their lives together until the real Roman reappeared and reunited with Marlena.

Later, John and Marlena reunited and have been together ever since, with a few glitches here and there! Before the one-year time jump, Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) implanted something into Hope’s neck to make her Princess Gina again, and had gotten a couple of phone calls implied to be from Stefano DiMera, who hadn’t been seen for years! Could the “new Stefano” be someone else with a Stefano chip implanted in him with a different look?

DOOL Spoilers – Princess Gina Removed The Original Portrait Of Stefano DiMera From The DiMera Mansion

Before the jump, Rolf had set Princess Gina up in what looked like some rooms in an abandoned warehouse and she stole the original portrait of Stefano and hung it close to where Rolf had placed a throne for her to sit in. After the jump, someone purporting to be Stefano has been communicating with Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) via computer and text messages, and lo and behold, Princess Gina is painting a new portrait of Stefano, so he must have a different look! But who could it be? Is it someone Days of Our Lives viewers will recognize as a different character on Days of Our Lives?

There are two possibilities; other Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Brandon Barash, who played Stefan DiMera, was back filming after Stefan was killed off; that is possibility number one. Who better to recreate The Phoenix than his own namesake, with a bionic heart and his father’s life essence? Another possibility that has been teased is that it will be Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) under mind control.

Days of Our Lives viewers have to admit that Steve has done some pretty un-Steve things in regards to his sister Adrienne Kiriakis (Judi Evans) being killed and not even sending a sympathy card, and sending his sweetness Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) signed divorce papers! Fans will have to tune in to see who Princess Gina’s new Stefano portrait looks like when she removes the cover and lets “Steffy” see it himself!
