Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizcheh Came To Salem From Philly

Viewers will recall when Gwen first showed up in Salem, she was Jake DiMera’s (Brandon Barash) then known as Jake Lambert’s ex-girlfriend from Philly. She had a book that she’s borrowed from Jake that she hadn’t returned that had coded information from a mob boss who was after Jake to get the book back! She hid out in Bayview Sanitarium where she had befriended Claire Brady (most recently Isabel Durant) as she was getting therapy for her firebug ways and romantic obsessions.

Even though it was later revealed that Jake had worked for Ava Vitali’s (Tamara Braun) cousin, Angelo Vitali (Angelo Tiffe), it turns out Gwen had some mobster friends of her own! When Leo asked her to help him with getting revenge on some people that hurt him, she calls one and puts a hit out on Abigail!

DOOL Spoilers – Gwen Rizchech Has Been Plotting Her Own Revenge Against Abigail DiMera

Gwen has been plotting her own revenge against Abigail for ruining her life and her romance with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) as well as her wedding! She decided on the plea deal that their father, Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) suggested, telling her that Justin Kiriakis (Wally Kurth) could get her five years instead of life. But that doesn’t mean she has forgiven Abigail, or given up on wanting revenge; but she knew she’d be on the run for life with Ava’s escape plan! There’s no double jeopardy so taking the plea deal was the better choice for Gwen, and she makes an ominous call to an old mobster friend who owes her. When she was with Jake she gave a false alibi for Jake and a guy he worked with one time, a side job not for Ava or Angelo.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Gwen Rizchech Puts A Hit Out On Abigail DiMera

Gwen drives a hard bargain with her and Jake’s old mobster friend for giving him that false alibi, and he agrees to “take care of” Abigail for free. Leo takes care of getting a photo of his target to the mobster and the deal is sealed – soon, Abgail will be out of her life for good! With no one to testify about Gwen’s snarky confession that she killed Laura Horton (Jaime Lyn Bauer) on purpose, the case against Gwen will probably be thrown out of court!

With the court’s docket overcrowded she’ll still have to wait in jail for months before the case is heard, but Gwen decides she can deal with that. She wouldn’t have a place to live or a means to support herself anyway so three hots and a cot will work fine – she doesn’t want to live with Jack.

DOOL Spoilers – The Best Of Both Worlds

Gwen will be in jail awaiting trial for a while, unless with Abigail’s death Justin can get the court case kicked out sooner! She figures she has the best of both worlds with her enemy dead and the county paying for her room and board, and the jail is not as dangerous. If she has to wait in jail for the trial to come up at least she doesn’t have to scramble for a job or a place to live. And if by that time Jack wants her to live with him he’ll be past Abigail’s death enough she doesn’t have to watch him grieve.
