DOOL spoilers reveal that when Abigail found Jack Deveraux’s (Matthew Ashford) letter to Kate Roberts DiMera (Lauren Koslow), she chugged champagne. She doesn’t even remember taking that first drink, but she actually consumed quite a bit. It was a mistake for Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) to mention that Abigail isn’t supposed to mix alcohol with her medication. It gave Gwen an idea, especially since Abigail doesn’t even remember drinking.

Depending on the medication, alcohol can have various effects. For some, it intensifies the effect of alcohol. For others, it can be a toxic combination or cause adverse reactions. With Abigail, (Marci Miller) she clearly gets drunk very easily by mixing the two. It also seems to make her not remember taking one single sip of champagne. When Chad said Gwen (Emily O’Brien) tried to stop her, Abigail didn’t remember. So, Gwen already looks like a hero in her eyes.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that Gwen plans on moving to the next phase of her plan. In the upcoming week, Gwen will continue to try to tempt Abigail to drink. A sneak peek photo in Soap Opera Digest shows Gwen and Abigail looking at a bottle of champagne. Abigail’s face shows no distress, no doubt, and no discomfort. In fact, she looks interested in the bottle of champagne, despite the orders not to mix alcohol with her medication.

Next, Gwen is going to try and encourage Abigail to invite Jake Lambert (Brandon Barash) to Thanksgiving dinner. She knows all too well how much Jake and Chad hate each other. They can’t even have a civil conversation, so how are they going to eat turkey without strangling each other?

Plus, Gwen knows that Chad is worried that Jake will try seducing Abigail, just like his twin brother did. However, Gwen has a way of convincing Abigail to do things that she shouldn’t do. It seems that with the combination of drinking and inviting Jake for Thanksgiving, things are about to blow up with “Chabby.”
