Gwen claims she didn’t kill Abigail DiMera (formerly played by Marci Miller). If that’s true, maybe Gwen committed another sinister act. Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) is getting hallucinations again and they are getting worse. Is Gwen responsible for this?

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Escaping From Prison

DOOL spoilers reveal that Gwen made two phone calls before slipping out of prison. One was to Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart). Gwen wanted Leo to take a sharp object and stab Abigail with it. Even though Leo did grab a steak knife and went to Abigail’s room, he likely didn’t commit murder. What Leo did do was steal Abigail’s valuables, though.

The second phone call that Gwen made was to Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun). Gwen wanted Ava’s help to escape prison. However, Gwen never told Ava why she needed to slip out and then come back into the prison without getting caught. During a recent episode, Ava confronted Gwen and demanded to know if she murdered Abigail.

DOOL Spoilers – Abigail DiMera’s Murder

After Abigail’s brutal murder, Leo went to visit Gwen in prison. Gwen assumed that Leo carried out her orders and murdered Abigail. However, Leo denied it and accused Gwen of escaping prison to kill Abigail herself. Despite Gwen having the motive and opportunity, she claimed to be innocent.

Days of Our Lives Spoilers – Sarah Horton’s Hallucinations

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that once Sarah was given the antidote, she recovered. Sarah seemed perfectly fine except for not remembering Mackenzie “Mickey” Horton’s death. After Sarah was forced to live through her grief for a second time, she visited Gwen. Sarah lashed out at Gwen, which didn’t make the prison inmate happy.

After that visit, Sarah’s mental health took a sharp decline. When Sarah talked to Marlena about it, she suggested increasing the dosage of Sarah’s antipsychotics. However, instead of Sarah getting better or remaining the same, she is getting a lot worse. Not only did Sarah mistake Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston) for Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), but attacked Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker). Sarah’s hallucinations will continue to get more dangerous and intense, tough. During the week of June 27, Chanel Dupree (Raven Bowens) is attacked with a knife.

DOOL Spoilers – Pills Switched?

Gwen has no guilt about what she did to Sarah. So, when Sarah lashed out at Gwen during that prison visit, perhaps the inmate wanted revenge. When Gwen slipped out of prison, she might not have gone to the DiMera mansion to kill Abigail. Perhaps she went to the Kiriakis mansion and switched Sarah’s antipsychotics with the hallucinogen.

This would explain Sarah’s worsening condition. If this is the case, then how will the truth be exposed?
