Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Hope’s back! Will She Be Able To Adjust?

Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers tease that Hope Brady (Kristian Alfonso) is about to finally break free of Princess Gina’s hold on her. As viewers know, for well over a year now, thanks to a microchip implanted by Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay), the “essence” of Princess Gina has taken over poor Hope’s body. But all that’s about to come to an end. For Hope, this will probably just feel like a very long sleep that she has awakened from.

Besides partnering with Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), who similarly currently believes that he is Stefano DiMera (Joe Mascolo), Hope did quite a bit of damage as Princess Gina. First, when Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) found out what Dr. Rolf was up to, Princess Gina pushed Jennifer off the balcony at the Bistro. Jennifer almost died and was in a coma for a year. Hope and Jennifer are cousins and best friends. They grew up together. This is devastating for Hope.

DOOL Spoilers – Moving in and in on, John Black

Princess Gina’s true goal was to reunite with John Black (Drake Hogestyn) In order to accomplish this, Princess Gina manipulated John’s wife, Dr. Marlena Evans (Diedre Hall) into taking a position away from Salem. With Hope’s house suddenly flooded, she needed a place to stay. While Marlena was gone, Princess Gina moved in with John. She tried everything she could to seduce John, but Marlena’s early return thwarted any progress she may have made.

Princess Gina did many other things, like getting Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) fired when he got to close to the truth. Anyone of the above events would be difficult for Hope to accept. But the fact that Princess Gina did all of those things, and managed to fool everyone for over a year, will take some time. But Hope will have the support of her family. Both of her children, Shawn Douglas Brady (Brandon Beemer) and Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) will make sure they are there for their mom.

DOOL Spoilers – The rest will work itself

Jennifer, John and Marlena may have a hard time with the things Gina did, but they also know it isn’t Hope’s fault. Hope should have plenty of support, but even so, this won’t be an easy thing to just get over.
