Is Jake working with or for Orpheus (George DelHoyo)? At this point Jake could be a very bad guy. We know that Orpheus is a baddie, could they be connected?

Orpheus has connections from his days in the ISA and his time in prison. It seems implausible that he would not have another operative nearby to help him complete his agenda which includes a custody battle and getting even with half the town.
