According to the recent winter promo for Days, Shawn-D will find himself seduced by his wife, Belle Black (Martha Madison) dressed in a sexy Christmas outfit. But then, another Belle comes to the apartment as the two are in bed. While this might be another of the devil’s tricks, there is another possibility as well.

Ever since they were teenagers, Jan Spears (Heather Lindell) has been obsessed with Shawn-D. Unfortunately, Jan is quite unstable and has spent most of her adult life in a coma. But every time she has woken up, her only desire is to get Shawn-D in her bed, and to take revenge on Belle. The last time she woke up she framed Belle for the murder of Charlie Dale (Mike Manning). But once the truth came out, Jan was injured trying to escape, and ended up comatose once again.

Shawn-D and Belle are currently dealing with the revelation that Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) has once again been possessed by Satan. MarDevil vowed revenge on the couple when they believed Doug Williams’ (Bill Hayes) over Marlena that the good doctor had been possessed. Could this revenge involve Jan? Perhaps the demonic entity will wake up Jan from her coma and change Jan’s appearance to be an exact duplicate of Belle. MarDevil might even instruct Jan to seduce Shawn-D in order to cause as much chaos as possible. Of course, Jan would happily oblige.

But it’s possible Jan has been awake for quite awhile. What if she decided herself that the only way to get Shawn-D would be if she looked like his precious Belle? Jan would spare no expense to have Shawn-D and if she permanently changed her appearance, it will cause no end of trouble down the road. There is also the possibility that somehow got a mask that makes her look like Belle, the same kind of mask that Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) has used many times in the past!
