A new promo for the NBC soap was just released, which shows Jan in prison. However, when Jan stands up in the visitor’s room, she is sporting a huge belly. That’s right, it appears that Jan is pregnant. However, is this baby real or could it be another one of the devil’s tricks?

DOOL spoilers reveal that a new promo was posted to the soap’s official Facebook page. In the clip, Martha Madison (Belle Brady) talks about Belle and Shawn Brady’s (Brandon Beemer) marriage.

Then, fans saw a flashback scene of when the devil made Jan look exactly like Belle. At that time, Jan was able to trick Shawn and get him into bed. Suddenly, the real Belle walked in the door and was horrified to find Shawn in bed with an imposter.

DOOL Spoilers – Shawn Brady’s Half-Truth

The promo clip also showed when Belle questioned Shawn about his bedroom encounter with Jan. Belle wanted to make absolutely sure that Shawn didn’t do the deed with Jan. This has always been a question fans have had as well and one that nobody was quite sure about.

So, it appears that Shawn told Belle that it didn’t go that far before she walked into the room. However, that seems to be a half-truth. It was speculated for a long time that Jan could end up pregnant.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the promo shows Belle going into the visiting room at Statesville Prison. Jan is sitting at a table as if she is expecting Belle. Then, Jan stands up and shows her big belly.

Even though Jan appeared to be pregnant, is she really? Fans know just how conniving and manipulative Jan can be. It would be just like her to fake a pregnancy to the point where everyone was convinced.

Days Of Our Lives – ‘Shelle’ Ripped Apart

There is also the question of if Jan’s baby really belongs to Shawn if she’s actually pregnant. Of course, since this is a soap, the paternity test will probably confirm Shawn fathered the child. This could rip Shawn and Belle apart. It might even send Belle straight into EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) once he is released.

However, what could bring “Shelle” back together? It’s possible that Jan’s pregnancy is just more of the devil’s trickery. Once the devil is sent back to hell, Jan’s baby bump might disappear as well. We will have to wait until the soap returns on Monday, February 21 to find out.
