Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Jennifer Attacks Eve And Jack

Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) - Eve Donovan (Kassie DePaiva)

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves), who will be reporting on and moderating a political debate between the mayoral candidates, will rip into Eve Donovan (Kassie DiPaiva) and her ex-husband Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford). She will be angry they are using  JJ Deveraux’s (Casey Moss) young friend and roommate Haley Chen (Thia Megia) as a political pawn.

According to the current issue of Soap Opera Digest, the debate will be televised, with the incumbent Abe Carver (James Reynolds) debating Melinda Trask (Laura Kai Chen) with Jack and Eve in the audience.

Days Of Our Lives – Melinda Denies Knowing Haley

JJ and Haley are watching at home. Jack interrupts the debate by outing Haley as Melinda’s sister, saying she is an undocumented immigrant. Melinda will deny even knowing Haley.

Jennifer will shut down the debate and rip into Jack first, asking if he made this up to discredit Melinda. He will say he’s only doing his civic duty. Jenn knows Eve is behind this kind of un-Jack like behavior, and she will rip into her too. When Melinda ultimately bows out of the race, that’s when Eve prods Jack to throw his hat into the ring and take Melinda’s place in it.

This will cause massive fallout, with JJ no longer trusting Jack, and tearing apart their promising renewed father-son relationship. Haley will now fear being deported because of Jack’s outburst being televised on live TV, even though Melinda obviously denied even knowing Haley, let alone her being her sister.

Days Of Our Lives – Melinda And JJ Could Be Prosecuted

That’s understandable for both Melinda’s and Haley’s sake, because if the wrong people heard that and were able to prove the relationship between Melinda and Haley, she could be deported. Both Melinda and JJ could also be prosecuted for harboring an illegal alien.

Plus, if Melinda wants her DA job back, she will have to overcome that accusation and fight with Ted Laurent (Gilles Marini) over the job since he was appointed to fill out her term.
