DOOL spoilers reveal that Johnny is offered a job at DiMera Enterprises. However, as we previously speculated, Johnny has other career interests. It turns out that Johnny wants to make a movie but he lacks the money to make it happen. So, it sounds like EJ won’t support Johnny’s dream. He would prefer him to join the family business and get into a career that is guaranteed instead of following his creative dreams.

DOOL Spoilers: Romancing Chanel Dupree

When Johnny comes into Salem, he won’t just be reconnecting with EJ and Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold). He will meet Chanel and it is teased that they will dive into a romance. However, we have to wonder if Johnny has ulterior motives. There is no way that he doesn’t know about Chanel. Not only is she Allie’s BFF and occasional love interest, but the two are going into business together. So, Johnny must know a bit about Chanel, as well as Paulina.

Allie Horton Blows Up

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that there will be tension between Allie and Johnny shortly after he arrives in Salem. At first, we assumed that it was about Chanel and both of them wanting the future bakery queen to themselves. However, there could be another explanation and it might have everything to do with Johnny’s dream of making his movie happen.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers: Money Obstacles

We know that Johnny tries to get Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) to invest in his movie. We really can’t see them being on board with that, though. This means that Johnny will need to find other investors or his movie will never see the light of day. He probably also wants to prove EJ wrong.

So, could Johnny’s interest in Chanel not really be about romance, but about gaining access to another investor? Could Johnny be looking at Paulina as the person who could make his dreams come true? It certainly is possible and Allie might suspect this. So, when Johnny romances Chanel, Allie could explode over her brother’s true intentions. We will have to keep watching the NBC soap to find out what happens with this storyline.
