Days of Our Lives spoilers suggest that Gabi isn’t satisfied yet. Lani called off the wedding as she stood at the altar. She was supposed to marry the man of her dreams. However, Gabi would never allow that to happen. If Gabi has to be miserable, then she is going to drag Lani down with her.

It seems that Gabi will continue using the tampered pacemaker to toy with Lani. Out of the blue, Julie’s heart begins to race. This causes Julie to panic, worried that she won’t survive another heart attack. However, it is most likely Gabi. She’s probably giving Lani another reminder of the power she holds with the press of a button.

Lani already had to break her soulmate’s heart by leaving him on the altar. She couldn’t tell him the real reason she was dumping him. She only told him the most vague and basic lie she could think of — she didn’t love him anymore. Lani broke his heart, as well as her own, in order to keep Julie’s beating. And Eli Grant (Lamon Archey) has no idea of the sacrifice Lani has made for him — or does he?

DOOL spoilers indicate that Eli might have an inkling of what is going on. In a promo clip for the time jump, Gabi tells Eli it is time for their bubble bath. She then kisses the commissioner. At first glance, it seems like the two are rekindling an old romance. However, a closer look at Eli’s face suggests that he feels nothing but contempt. The kiss seems forced and he isn’t smiling at Gabi’s bubble bath suggestion.

Could Gabi have gone even further than fans thought she would? In her quest to destroy Lani, could dumping Eli not be enough? Does the Latina fashionista feel that it also requires having Eli all to herself? It is possible and knowing Gabi, she is going to force Lani to watch every minute.
