Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Linda Dano’s Short Stint On Days of Our Lives
Dano had a short-term stint on Days of Our Lives as Vivian Alamain. She temporarily replaced Louise Sorel for a couple of weeks. In an interview with Soap Opera Digest, Dano said she had a “glorious time” during her short stint. She also shared her disbelief and gratitude when she received the call to play the role.
Love in the Afternoon Story
Love in the Afternoon follows the story of Maggie (Jen Lilley), a head writer of the daytime soap drama. She must convince Darin (Ryan Paevey), a popular actor and her ex-boyfriend to return to the show if she wants to stop the show from getting cancelled. Alice (Linda Dano), is the show’s producer who hopes to retire soon and pass the baton to Maggie, if the latter manages to salvage the soap.
Robin Thomas, who’s also an Another World Alum is also set to appear in a Hallmark Movies & Mysteries’ Mystery 101: Deadly History. It’s set to air on August 1 at 9 PM EST. Meanwhile, Ray Liotta joins the cast of The Sopranos prequel titled The Many Saints of Newark, which is set to premiere on October 1.
Other Days of Our Lives Vets Book Gigs
Big news for Days of Our Lives vet, Jensen Ackles. He’s currently working on a Supernatural prequel TV series titled The Winchesters. Lisa Rinna will appear on the televised telethon of Project Angel Food on July 17. The telethon, titled The Lead With Love 2021 will air on Project Angel Food and KTLA5’s websites and Facebook pages.
General Hospital Alum Appears On Hallmark Film
Jack Wagner will star in Hallmark’s Sealed with a Kiss: Wedding March 6, which is set to air on August 14. Other General Hospital alumni have also landed other gigs. Ricky Martin will appear in the episode of Behind the Music that’s set to air on Paramount+. Robert LaSardo currently stars in the American Desert.
The Bold and the Beautiful Alums Get Busy
Nia Sioux, who played the role of Emma Barber on The Bold and the Beautiful, will appear in the film Imperfect High, which is set to debut on September 18 on Lifetime. Scott Turner Schofield, who plays the role of Nick, will appear in the documentary No Ordinary Man, which follows the story of Billy Tipton, an American jazz musician.
