Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Robert Scott Wilson, Victoria Konefal Tease Ben and Ciara’s Future

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease to expect more from Ben Weston and Ciara Brady. Recently, actors Robert Scott Wilson and Victoria Konefal spoke about their characters. At the beginning of their romance, fans were not on board with the couple. However, recent events have shown that they share a strong love and bond and “Cin” is gaining in popularity.

Some people understand the initial attraction, but what keeps them going back to one another? Konefal reveals that there are many reasons. One is that their romance is taboo and isn’t accepted in Salem. Even though Ben has tried to go the straight path and prove himself, some people just can’t forgive what he did during his Necktie Killer days.

Days of Our Lives spoilers tease that even though Ben is trying, that might not be good enough. Can he really be a changed man forever? Or once he has Ciara Brady and gets some acceptance will slowly regress? In the latest issue of Soap Opera Digest, a hint was given during an interview with Victoria Konefal.

“I think the concept of a good girl turning into a bad girl is really appealing to the audience. Also, the fact that they aren’t supposed to be together, nor should they be, so it’s kind of forbidden.”

Note the phrase that Konefal used, “nor should they be.” It definitely sounds like the actress is hinting that Ben and Ciara might be doomed on DOOL.

As for Robert Scott Wilson, he briefly discussed the couple known as “Cin.” Instead of focusing on their differences, the actor mentioned what they have in common.

“They’re both two damaged, broken soul-type people who got put together under these wild circumstances.”

Wilson also mentioned that audiences like to see healing and perhaps that is what Ben and Ciara are giving to each other. We definitely know that Ben has gone through a huge transformation. So has Ciara, although her changes are a little more subtle. Even though her character evolution is not as dramatic, that doesn’t mean it’s not as important, though.

“I think that’s what kind of ignited the whole thing. Then it just grew into something bigger and bigger, and it was beautifully written.”

There is more to come, especially when it comes to Ben Weston. Eve (Kassie de Paiva) vowed to make Ben pay for Paige’s (True O’Brien) death. She hasn’t forgotten and with Jack (Matthew Ashford) breaking up with her, she will be looking to unleash her anger on someone. The question is, how far will she go and could Ben’s life end up in danger?
