Days Of Our Lives: Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) Days of Our Lives spoilers and updates tease that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) will soon begin brainwashing Stefan O. DiMera (Brandon Barash) at Li Shin’s (Remington Hoffman) request. The question is, will it work; or will Stefan’s love for Gabi Hernandez (Camila Banus) be stronger than Rolf’s brainwashing to make him love Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin)?

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Better Put A Chip In It

An artificial intelligence chip with Stefan’s personality and feelings pre-Gabi is not out of Rolf’s wheelhouse, look what he did with Stefano DiMera’s (Joseph Mascolo) “essence”. It was Steve Johnson’s (Stephen Nichols) body but Stefano’s mind, memories and personality that made him into what some called “Steveano”. But Stefan definitely has his own mind and memories, and his own personality; and Rolf’s trying to tinker with his brain to make him regress pre-Gabi may not work.

If that big of a change is needed in Stefan’s brain, perhaps what Rolf needs to do is put a chip in it with his pre-Gabi “essence”. The only problem is, he never thought to create one

DOOL Spoilers – Hypnotism While Unconscious?

Hypnotism while unconscious may or may not work on Stefan; a person has to be willing to be hypnotized in order for the hypnotism to work. Brainwashing may be another matter entirely, and another method as well but if Stefan is not conscious, how does that even work? Rolf would have to use a chip in the brain to be able to program Stefan with the memories and feelings Li wants him to have for Chloe. Stefan was protecting Chloe after El Fideo’s (Andoni Gracia) men came after Chloe the first time at Doug’s Place, and Stefan killed El Fideo’s brother. Chloe and Stefan both spent time in orphanages and bonded through that, and they had started to date when he fell for Gabi, who went after him.

Days Of Our Lives Spoilers – Will Chloe Lane Reciprocate?

Even if Rolf is successful at programming Stefan to try to win Chloe’s heart again, who’s to say if she will even reciprocate? Wouldn’t Rolf have to brainwash her as well, considering she’s moved on and it’s been over four years since she and Stefan were involved? She’s been involved with Brady Black for a couple of years now, and she was pretty upset with Stefan for dumping her for Gabi; she even left town for a while.

Li and Kristen DiMera’s (Stacy Haiduk) plot may not work as well as they think it will, no matter how good of a brainwasher Rolf might be. Chloe might not fall for Stefan’s charms again even if a renewed friendship might reignite; Stefan hurt her bad when he dumped her for Gabi.
