Days of Our Lives spoilers tease there will be a three-way who’s the daddy storyline. Our first guess is that the child will belong to Eric Brady. Now, “Ericole” finds out about the pregnancy, but nobody knows the identity of the father.

The second guess is Xander Cook. Wouldn’t it be surprising to Sarah if the person she despised ended up fathering a child with her? Plus, it would be a way for Xander to keep Sarah close to him.

Of course, the third possibility is Rex Brady. However, he has left Salem so he wouldn’t be involved. In order to do that, the actor would have to come back at some point.
