This will definitely cause some confusion and issues, especially since Tony and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) are on their way to the island.

Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal that the island situation is going to get intense in the next few weeks. Abigail DiMera (Marci Miller) drugs Kristen and gets her keys. However, Kristen eventually wakes up and catches up with Abigail.

In another part of the island, Steve “Patch” Johnson (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) manage to escape their locked room. Then, “Stayla” runs into Sarah aka “Renee.” Kayla assumes that Sarah is confused due to the trauma of being kidnapped.

Steve and Kayla try to convince Sarah to come back to Salem with them. At first, Sarah doesn’t want to as Kristen told her it’s too dangerous. When Steve and Kayla realize that “Renee” is separated from the man she loves, they will probably use that to their advantage.

“Renee” will do anything to reunite with Tony. Steve and Kayla’s concern is escaping the island and getting Sarah back to safety. They figure that the confused identity and Tony issue can be dealt with later. That is until Tony shows up!

It is teased that “Stayla” and Sarah cross paths with Abigail and Kristen. The hostages decide to take action to take down Kristen and escape. As Kristen tries to gain control, Sarah has a choice to make.

It seems that the promise of reuniting with Tony could cause “Renee” to betray Kristen. While this might be a victory for the hostages, things could get quite messy when Sarah returns to Salem. Remember, Tony is married to Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley)… a woman Renee tried to kill out of jealousy. Could she go after Anna again? Can Sarah get her identity and memories back before tragedy strikes?
