Days of Our Lives Spoilers: Serial Killer Storyline May Set Off Series Of Character Exits

Rumors about what to expect in the upcoming episodes of Days of Our Lives include a serial killer storyline that may lead to character exits. It is still unclear who the serial killer would be but speculations as to the likely preys have already come up. Who among the current cast of the NBC daytime soap will bid farewell?
One of the characters that may wind up as among the victims of the serial killer attacks, is Stefan DiMera. Stefan DiMera, who will be played by Brandon Barash as the replacement of Tyler Christopher, is not actually a fan favorite especially after sleeping with Gabby, Abigail Deveraux’s alter ego. Although speculations have been circulating that Stefan will eventually tie the knot with Gabi Hernandez, the character has not made any meaningful connections in Salem, making him a probable victim in the rumored serial attacks.

Leo Stark is another character that is high up on the victim list. Viewers might remember that he was the reason why Will and Sonny never got together. Although Leo’s mother will appear to give his backstory, viewers are not likely to miss him that much if he exits the show since he blackmailed Sonny into marrying him.
Chloe Lane may also be on the chopping block. It would seem like there is nothing more for her in Salem since Holly’s custody battle is now over. Other possible characters who may be killed off include Rex Brady, Tripp Dalton, and Claire Brady. Rex returned to the show but has become unfavored by many for his new personality. Meanwhile, Tripp and Claire have a budding love story but it seems like they don’t have any chemistry.
However, Rex, Tripp, and Claire are members of prominent families in the show and they also have a good chance of being spared. But that doesn’t mean they cannot be killed off especially since their deaths could make a huge impact in the show.

I had not thought of TPTB killing of Stefan. So if he marries Gabi then dies, will Gabi be head of DiMera since Chad is leaving? Whoa! That could be interesting.
